- 1. All rights reserved; no part of this publication may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise without either the prior written permission of the Publisher or under terms of a licence issued by the Copyright Licensing Agency (90 Tottenham Court Road, London, W1P 9HE, UK) or rights organisations in other countries that have reciprocal agreements with the Copyright Licensing Agency.

- 2. All abstracting of the data for republication and sale must have prior written permission from the Publisher.
