Scrip Magazine is published eleven times a year and is available as part of the subscription to the twice-weekly newsletter, Scrip World Pharmaceutical News.

Scrip Magazine is also available as a single subscription. The annual subscription rate for the Magazine is given below, together with the 'additional copy', concessionary rate for existing subscribers to Scrip World Pharmaceutical News. A subscription to Scrip Magazine includes ten copies of the journal, plus the Scrip annual review, which is published in the January issue of the Magazine.

1. All rights reserved; no part of this publication may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise without either the prior written permission of the Publisher or under the terms of a licence issued by the Copyright Licensing Agency (90 Tottenham Court Road, London W1P 9HE, UK) or rights organisations in other countries that have reciprocal agreements with the Copyright Licensing Agency.



2. All abstracting of the data for republication and sale must have prior written permission from the Publisher.



3. That it will not be circulated without prior agreement with the Publisher outside the staff who work at the address to which it is sent.



4. An order for additional copies at reduced rates constitutes an undertaking by the subscriber that such copies will not be exported or distributed so as to avoid taking full price subscriptions elsewhere without agreement with Scrip Magazine.



5. While information is compiled with all due care, PJB Publications Ltd will not be liable for the consequences of anyone acting or refraining from acting in reliance on any information.



6. The subscription period will normally begin only when full payment has been received. If PJB Publications Ltd exercises its discretion to allow credit, its terms are strictly 30 days net from date of invoice. PJB reserves the right to charge interest at 1 percent over the minimum lending rate of Barclays Bank on monies outstanding after this date. Deliveries will be suspended in the event of non-payment after each credit has been allowed.



7. Unpaid accounts referred to a third party for recovery will incur collection costs for which the customer will be liable.



8. No refund will be made in the event of any cancellation by the customer.
